SYNTHESIS OF PROTEINS
The production of protein from the stored information in DNA involves two steps transcription and translation
the transcription involves copying of the information from DNA into messenger RNA (mRNA).mRNA then travels from nucleus to the ribosomes in the cytoplasm where the information is used to construct a protein the process of constructing a protein from the information present in mRNA is called as translation the ingredients necessary to synthesize a protein are amino acids specialised transport molecules called transfer RNA (tRNA) Carry the amino acids to the ribosomes the RNA present in the ribosomes which give platform for the protein synthesis is called ribosomal RNA(rRNA)
CYTOPLASM::
It is the mass of living material which consists of proteins fats carbohydrates pigments minerals vitamins and various organells embeded in it cytoplasm may be granular homogenous or reticular in nature various organelles embeded in cytoplasm are the endoplasmic reticulum ribosomes lysosome mitochondria golgi apparatus centrosomes etc
