BONES OF THE FOOT:: 

There are seven tarsal bones situated in two rows and help to bear the weight of the body talus and calcaneum are the most prominent bones among other tarsals cuneiform caboid and navicular there are five metatarsal bones followed by fourteen phalanges 12 for 4 toes and 2 for the great toe in each foot
