It accelarates the healing of gastric and doudenal ulcers The mode of action is not known it is useful in H. pylori infection
Metoclopromide and Domperidone ::
They stimulate orthograde peristalsis and suppresses the reflux of bile it appears to promote healing of gastric ulcers and prevent the relapse
